I am so impressed with this office! The minute I walked in the door I felt at ese. Front office staff very friendly and polite. The dental assistant was very gentle when taking my X-rays . When I went to the room the chair is a gentle massage chair !! I was there for the first time so I wanted an exam and cleaning . Dr Patel explained what was necessary. Very honest and not pushing unnecessary work . Answered all my questions and concerns. I was given a treatment plan which I intend to follow through. It is refreshing to see a dentist that isn’t trying gauge you for unnecessary dental work . I recommend this office ti everyone. More

AMAZING cleaning, fillings, Crown visits with Dr. Patal & RDA Brianna! I have TMJ issues; I’ve had 2 open jaw surgeries over the past 2 years, many Halagan & Hyaluronic acid shots, so I’m EXTREMELY picky & high maintenance when it comes to finding a good Dentist & Hygienist. These 2 on Coit in Plano are simply THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! They care about me and my jaw the entire time!! They care about the Pain that I’m in and how I’m doing!!! They do quick, efficient, amazing work! They’re friendly and make a really painful experience as perfect as it can be!! I appreciate them so much!!! Let me start off with saying, I normally HATE the dentist! But after meeting Dr M and her wonderful staff, I am starting to change my mind about the dentist! Her staff is warm and welcoming to not only me but my kids as well. The entire cleaning process, exam, and treatment plan as gone smoothly. She does such a good job of explaining the care you need and why. The dental hygienist is also very knowledgeable and gave me some great at home care tips! I’ve definitely found my family dentist! Every single member of your staff I encountered were all 10's. I had a really bad (and very embarrassing) experience at my former dentist related to an odd gag reflex that occurs during X-rays.) My X-ray tech was *so patient with me as I struggled through that. That alone was worthy of the 10. My former dentist hemmed and hawed over whether to proceed or to refer to a specialist and ultimately did very little for me. This team came in and got stuff done. I left with a repaired cavity and 1/2 of a deep cleaning. When the bill came, it was reasonable. I now have no clue what the other Dentist's biller was thinking. (We have good insurance.) Well done. I am very impressed. More

Odd to say about a Dentist location but MINT Dentistry in Plano was amazing. Staff was super nice, everyone made me feel comfortable because I am always super nervous when it comes to the dentist. The wait time was less than 15 min with an appointment. The whole process was about 2 hours. I did a dental exam, along with teeth impressions, and an awesome cleaning! I highly recommend MINT especially the one in Plano/coit. More

You hear the commercials on the radio. You see the billboards driving down the road. But the truth... Would make your mind explode. Elegantly clean and impeccably chosen staff. From entrance, to exit, I couldn't amend anything about my experience at the Plano location. Eveeyone was beautiful inside and out. Aside from Dr. Jack (the only male I encountered) I have never turned my Flirt up SO HI. X-Rays went well, Cleaning was phenomenal, and Treatment Plan explained in a clear, concise, simple format. Truly had an amazing experience and service. Huge thanks to Delilah for recommending me this place and setting my first appointment Moved to Plano TX from Oklahoma not knowing which dentistry would be best knowing there’s a lot within my area. But after the recommendation I was like why not I’ll give it try. Went in today and first thing I notice is that in the office was very clean and presentable. Front staff were super friendly, professional and helpful through the paper work process. Didn’t have to wait to long for me to be called (est. 5-10min) who greeted me in was a helpful nearly new rep Ezri. Enjoyed the fact I wasn’t treated as a number but truly an actual person/customer. Ezri assisted me throughout the process (X-Ray, regular cleaning) later I inquired about whiting trays and sure enough he hooked me up with a molded tray same day. Super cool guy and easy to talk to. Dr. Margavitch joined and examined my xrays and teeth and laid the facts quick, easy, nice and professional. She made sure I’m aware of any impacts and gave me a few pointers with out questioned. Within about like a a hour and a few minutes had my teeth cleaned, exam done, and a whiting tray done. Nick at the end surprised me with some whitening syringes for my trays without asking and other cleaning products. Literally felt like I was in a Disney Land dentistry. Marina did an excellent job with the x rays and teeth whitening mold, as well as making me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed right from the start. The staff was very prompt in everything the did and the teeth cleaning was by far the most in-depth cleaning, with the highest attention to detail, I have ever received. I can't remember the name of the pleasant woman who did my cleaning, but she continuously asked me if it was satisfactory and would not stop cleaning until my teeth felt completely clean! She even saw a few spots she missed at the end and made sure to go back and clean them for me, all while holding pleasant conversation and keeping up with the relaxed atmosphere. Upon checkout, the front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and very professional. At the appointment start, they were happy to help look up my copay amount for me before any procedure was done and once the appointment was completed, they moved quickly and I was done in no time at all! Very professional and relaxed atmosphere and I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future! More

I had a deep cleaning with Briana and being someone with very sensitive teeth I barely felt a thing! She did such a great job! It actually felt more comfortable than normal cleanings I have had at other places. Having a tv in the room to watch while you're getting work done helped the nervousness of getting drilled in the mouth!!! More

This place is amazing! When I walked in and as I left I worked with Seth at the front desk. He is really sweet and made sure that he explained the MINT plan with me and made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know for the appointment today and even for in the future. Natasha is also bomb. We talked about my favorite shows which were hers as well which was great. She also did a great job on my cleaning and my teeth have never felt better. Dr. M also explained my x rays in a way that was understandable as well as giving me a treatment plan that was doable. I love this place and they are truly hooking my little bad built teeth up. More

I HIGHLY recommend Mint Dentristy! My husband has EB simplex also known as the Butterfly disease. When he came down with a severe tooth ache it was extremely scary. A person with EB can not have any adhesives and is very limited to Medical and dental care they can have. Most things create blisters and if these blisters get in certain places it can be life threatening the mouth is one place. We made him an appt with Mint Dentristy and from day one they were amazing. MINT dentistry Plano was literally the most enjoyable dentist experience I've ever had. I'm a dentist phobe, and super sensitive to pain in all dental procedures, so normally the dentist is absolute torture. But at Mint, they were so kind and gentle, and I got to watch Hulu in a massage chair the whole time. The dentist said, "We normally don't hear giggling during tooth cleanings, so I'd say you're doing ok!" :D I'm a fan and client for life. This place is amazing! When I walked in and as I left I worked with Seth at the front desk. He is really sweet and made sure that he explained the MINT plan with me and made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know for the appointment today and even for in the future. Natasha is also bomb. We talked about my favorite shows which were hers as well which was great. She also did a great job on my cleaning and my teeth have never felt better. Mint Dentistry is the best place in Plano, Texas. I had my 6 month check up and they never disappoint me. Natasha did my X-rays and cleaning and was so nice. I asked her how to get my retainers clean because I wear them every night and what I'm using doesn't touch the calcium build up. She told me to bring them in and she would clean them for me. I went home and brought them back. I was amazed at how clean they were. She didn't have to do this but she did. She made me feel like a valued customer. This is the experience you will get right from the moment you walk in the door. I went to Mint Dentistry for a second opinion. I saw both female dentist at the Plano location and they were very professional and explained everything to me in layman's terms. The staff was also professional. Like I stated above, I went in for a second opinion and I wasn't going to have any work done. After I agreed with my second opinion I was told what the cost would be. My original dentist would have charged me around 300.00 out of pocket after insurance. Mint dentistry charged me....... ZERO....dollars after insurance. So of course I had the work completed that day. I had a few fillings and I felt no pain. Honestly, I dozed off a few times while she was completing the fillings. The process was quick and simple. I will be returning for my cleanings. More

Mint Dentistry is an awesome dental office. My wife scheduled an appointment for me and I was nervous about getting my teeth cleaned because i don't floss as much as I should. The staff was very polite and the doctors were very attentive! The hygienist did a great job on my cleaning and my teeth felt awesome. I just need to floss more which will be my news years resolution. Overall if you need a dentist MINT Dentistry is the place to go. Highly recommend. More

I loved my experience at Mint Dentistry. The waiting time was very short. My teeth cleaning itself was very quickly done. It didn't hurt at all, which is usually my concern because I have very sensitive teeth, and they did a really good job actually cleaning. The staff is really friendly and answer all questions you may have very professionally. I went in for cleaning and examination and the entire process was very quick, but thorough. The office is also very clean. More
